Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Digital/Visual Designer to join their team. As a Digital/Visual Designer, you will be part of the Web & App Creative team supporting the offers/contextualized messages team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and exceptional attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Digital/Visual Designer
Location: Bellevue WA, Frisco TX, Atlanta GA, Herndon VA, or Overland Park KS (in-office 3 days/week minimum)
What's the Job?- Conceptualize & execute designs for web and app campaigns that align with the brand's bold and innovative personality.
- Participate in Agile workflows using Kanban boards and daily scrums to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate in Figma with copywriters to create cohesive designs in real-time.
- Engage proactively with team members to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while managing design assets effectively.
What's Needed?- 3+ years of experience as a Digital Designer or Visual Designer in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Kanban boards or scrums.
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital work, including web and app campaign assets.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
