Hiring for 1st shift 6am to 2:30pmOperate sit-down forklifts, clamp trucks, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on balers, dumpsters, and equipment
Load, organize, and maintain materials such as scrap, bales, drums, totes, and pallets
Oversee safe and proper loading/ejection of bales and maintain bale logs
Keep facility grounds, storage areas, and work zones clean and safe
Assist with product destruction, waste handling, and recycling operations
Support overall plant safety and housekeeping initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience with lift trucks, balers, and compactors (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative
