As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), youll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing surgical team in one of the most respected healthcare communities in the country. From prepping instruments and managing sterile fields to assisting surgeons during critical procedures, youll play a hands-on role in delivering excellent patient care from the first incision to the final suture.In this full-time role, youll prepare each operating room by setting up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and equipment based on the procedure at hand.During surgeries, youll work shoulder-to-shoulder with surgeonspassing instruments, anticipating needs, and keeping everything running smoothly in a sterile, controlled environment. Equipment checks and maintenance will be part of your daily rhythm, and after each case, youll help with cleanup and get instruments ready for sterilization and reprocessing.To succeed here, youll need to be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program and hold a current CST certification through NBSTSA or equivalent.
