Experience Requirements:

Linear/Non-Linear structural analysis experience with Static & Dynamic systems, including but not limited to:

• Pushover analysis,
• Moving loads analysis,
• Contact/ interaction analysis,
• Seismic time history analysis,
• Seismic response spectrum analysis,
• Harmonic response & random vibration analysis, and
• Staged construction

Design of steel, reinforced concrete, and precast concrete structures: 

• Buildings,
• Building Foundations,
• Nuclear and Fossil Fuel Power Plants,
• Dams,
• Culverts,
• Industrial facilities, and
• Bridges

Working knowledge of various design codes, including but not limited to:

• ACI 318
• ACI 349
• AISC 360
• AISC 341
• ASCE 7, ASCE 4, and ASCE 43 Standards
• IBC and UBC Building Codes
• AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications
• ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code – Sections I, II, III and VIII
• ASME B31.1 and 31.3 Piping Codes
• ASME AG-1 Code for Nuclear HVAC Equipment
• IEEE 344, 323, 627 and 693 for Seismic Qualification of Equipment for NPP Service

Familiarity of various software:

• SAP2000
• RISA 3D
• STAAD.Pro
• GT-Strudl
• AUTOCAD
• ANSYS
• Mathcad
• Matlab
• Revit Structures
• Mathematica

Minimum Requirements:

• M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering, structural emphasis
• Minimum 7 - 10 years practical experience in structural analysis and design
• Proficient with SAP2000, RISA 3D, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, and AutoCAD
• E.I.T required, PE License is a plus
• Willing to travel as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
