About The Role Role Purpose A seasoned professional with extensive expertise in SAP systems, applications, and processes, especially in SAP security architecture and controls. Experience in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), particularly Access Control and Process Control, is essential. The candidate should have a strong understanding of regulatory standards, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing user roles, conducting security audits, ensuring policy compliance, and managing security incidents. Responsibilities also include managing certificates, overseeing audit processes, and developing security policies and training programs. Responsibilities Ensure SAP compliance aligns with Group security policies. Develop and maintain SAP security architecture and controls. Design and manage user profiles, roles, and authorizations, ensuring role-based access control. Address technical debt and improve security standards. Monitor user access rights. Manage SAP Security using SAP GRC tools. Improve team efficiency and standards through process improvements. Support demand and capacity management. Maintain system and network security. Support security initiatives through analysis. Communicate emerging trends and lead security projects. Mitigate security risks and manage resolutions. Ensure compliance with PCI and NIST standards. Develop security policies and lead security training. Compile security compliance reports. Collaborate with business teams on controls. Ensure security design in project governance. Embed new technologies securely (e.g., BTP, EWM). Manage third-party security providers. Mentor junior analysts. Conduct security audits and handle incidents. Manage certificate lifecycle and audit processes. Stay updated on SAP security standards. Communicate security issues effectively to stakeholders.
