Position:

Senior Information Security Analyst

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Security Operations (SOC) including threat detection, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and monitor security tools: SIEM (Splunk), IDS/IPS, DLP, Endpoint Protection.
• Conduct vulnerability management using Qualys VMDR.
• Lead security incident investigations, root cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with FFIEC, NCUA, GLBA standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with IT teams.

Requirements:

Must Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and Qualys VMDR.
• Experience in vulnerability assessments, incident response, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, M365, Azure).
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (preferred).
• Prior experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services (highly preferred).
Nice to Have:
• Experience with SIEM tuning, SOC leadership.
• Exposure to PCI DSS, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
