Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a robust technical skillset, strategic thinking capabilities, and a collaborative approach. You should possess mastery in data management, integration, and optimization, particularly with cloud-based SAP solutions and data archiving tools such as SAP ILM, ArchiveLink, and third-party solutions. A strong understanding of data lifecycle management, retention policies, and compliance criteria is essential. You should also have proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments, including integration with non-SAP systems for data archiving purposes. Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting within SAP landscapes, as well as hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, is necessary. SAP certifications related to data archiving or data management are highly valued, and knowledge of SAP HANA database and its implications on archiving strategies will be a plus.

• You will develop and implement a comprehensive SAP data archiving strategy to enhance system performance and storage across various landscapes, including ERP, BW, APO, and HANA. This entails leveraging tools like SAP ILM, ArchiveLink, and ADK for both structured and unstructured data archiving. You will define and enforce data retention policies, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will lead the integration of third-party archiving tools with SAP systems to facilitate hybrid and cloud-based archiving solutions. Your role will involve monitoring database growth to identify archiving opportunities and troubleshooting related risks, as well as documenting data archiving processes, policies, and best practices. You will also lead SAP data archiving projects from requirement gathering through post-go-live support, providing training sessions for relevant stakeholders.
