Job Description

Park Street Homes is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of residential construction projects.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Provide guidance and training to on-site personnel and subcontractors as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager in residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
