Job Description A client of ours in the Engineering consulting industry is currently looking for a recruiter to join their HR team. In this role you will lead full cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions, which include advertising open positions, active candidate sourcing, performing initial candidate assessments, offer negotiation, and more. you will develop and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers and key leaders; act as a key consultant to managers to proactively identify hiring needs and effective recruiting solutions. you will establish and maintain proactive candidate pipeline generations efforts, creating strategic candidate pools to effectively meet long-term hiring needs. you will also Interpret job requirements and technical hiring needs to create compelling job advertisements, ensuring that all job postings are consistent in branding, design and tone.
