Job Type: Full-time (Remote) This is a salary position with opportunities for bonuses! Salary $40,000 (Negotiable) We offer 7 paid holidays off, 2 weeks of paid vacation, and company 401(k) matching! Responsibilities: The Day-To-Day includes but is not limited to: • Manage systems for sellers, buyers, database management, and back-office support • Keep sellers and buyers updated and happy by making weekly phone calls, texts, and emails • Work with our Remote Assistant Team by using screen share daily to manage and delegate tasks • Responsible for the spot-checking of all contracts through closing while effectively communicating with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered throughout the closing process • Responsible for keeping the team updated on the progress of all contracts and advising team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution • Coordinate and collaborate with the other team members and vendors • Schedule any necessary vendor appointments • Assures that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place • Responsible for paying invoices, ensuring the collection of commissions and fees • Manage an average of 20 to 35 files at any given time Qualifications: • Has a Real Estate license in Texas • 2+ years of experience in any of the following: Property management, Mortgage industry, Real Estate agent, Title agency, etc. • Strong computer/technology skills • Personable • Excellent oral and written communication skills • High attention to detail • Ideally, the candidate is a local in the Boerne/Fair Oaks/San Antonio area • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time • Results-driven and fast-paced • Works well under pressure • Strong time management skills • Exceptional team player What to Expect • Get to work with a world-class real estate team • This is a primarily remote position, with the expectation to attend 2–3 in-person listing appointments per week alongside our lead listing agent in the Boerne/Fair Oaks area, as well as 2 monthly team meetings About Company: Our founder, Alexis Weigand, leads the team.
