We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and our office pantry solution — providing chef-curated meals to customers within seconds. Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high-foot-traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy, grab-n-go options.

About this Role: The Procurement Operations Manager will support the day-to-day execution of our purchasing operations. This role will work closely with the procurement team to manage buying, cost tracking, and reconciliation processes. It will also work functionally with production, warehouse, quality, and finance to ensure timely, accurate procurement execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Cicero facility.  

What You’ll Do…

• Execute purchasing activities, including order placement, vendor communication, and issue resolution
• Support cost reporting, price verification, and reconciliation to ensure pricing accuracy
• Help mitigate inventory imbalances, stockouts, or overstock situations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Partner with the procurement team to ensure materials are ordered and received on time
• Act as the main operational liaison between procurement and other departments (production, warehouse, and quality teams)
• Help maintain procurement systems and contribute to continuous process improvements

Who You Are…

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations ideally in a food or manufacturing setting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in procurement or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with experience managing pricing, cost data, and vendor information
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across functions
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

The base salary range for this role is $102,000 - $110,000 . The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for company performance-based bonuses and equity.
