Role Description As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll for the organization while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now system. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management skills
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Accounting principles
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry payroll

  • Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist, requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles
  • Kneeling: Bending legs at knees to come to rest on knee or knees
  • Crouching: Bending body downward and forward by bending legs and spine
