Role Description
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll for the organization while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now system.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management skills
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the automotive industry payroll
