We provide a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package to help ensure your success: * Factory training * Paid Semi-monthly * Company Paid Health Insurance * Company Paid Life Insurance * 401(k) matching * Paid holidays & Paid time off * Employee discount * Referral program Responsibilities * Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department * Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff * Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments * Create pricing guidelines for customer categories * Monitor and adjusts inventory * Guarantee all parts are properly tagged * Supervise stock order procedures * Work closely with service manager and shop foreman to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed * Provides technical assistance when necessary * Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction * Enforce safety requirements Qualifications * At least 2 years experience in parts management with Volkswagen or Audi or Porsche * Technical automotive knowledge * Management experience and skills * Computer literacy * Good communication skills * Basic understanding of inventory and reporting Vanguard Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
