What You’ll Do

The Onboarding Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources (HR) team to ensure timely, thorough and consistent on-boarding of new hires, transfers and promotions. This position is seen as the customer service contact for the Talent Acquisition team; facilitating the onboarding process for incoming employees. What Impact You'll Make

  • Provides superior customer service to prospective employees and hiring managers through all onboarding interactions.
  • Delivers electronic offer letters, self-onboarding, pre onboarding paperwork, and all pre-employment background checks through our ATS and Background Check Company.
  • Manages the onboarding process from start to finish including answering questions for the new hires and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Schedules and reminds new hires and managers of monthly orientations.
  • Serves as a representative of the HR team in welcoming new employees into the business.
  • Works with the Recruiters on candidate sourcing and recruitment initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or prior HR experience is preferred.
  • Ability to take direction well and follow it precisely and repeatedly.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to recognize when a problem requires escalation to higher-level staff.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to shifting organizational priorities and workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to maintain focus and a composed/professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to timely delivery of work as assigned.
