New Car Biller – Fred Haas Toyota World

Fred Haas Toyota World is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced New Car Biller to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately processing new vehicle sales transactions in a timely manner, ensuring all documentation is completed and compliant with internal policies and state regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Process all new vehicle billing for the dealership accurately and efficiently
Review sales paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission
Submit vehicle registrations and title applications to appropriate agencies
Post vehicle sales and related accounting entries in the dealership management system
Reconcile schedules and resolve any discrepancies related to vehicle sales
Maintain current knowledge of state and DMV titling requirements
Communicate with sales, finance, and inventory departments to ensure all deal information is properly documented
Maintain organized filing systems for all billing-related documentation

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and billing procedures. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED required
Prior experience in automotive billing or dealership administration preferred
Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK) is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
