Data & ITSM Analyst

P osition Purpose

Bridgeway Community Health is looking for an entry level Data and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Analyst to join our team. This career opportunity is designed for a recent graduate with academic training in data analytics, information systems, or health informatics. This position will support IT reporting, data analysis, ITSM operations, and program evaluation initiatives across the organization, with structured onboarding and mentorship.

This role offers hands-on experience in a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA)- regulated healthcare environment, SOC 2 and other state, local and federal compliance regulations in developing technical and analytical skills under the guidance of the Director of Information Technology.

Job Duties

• Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Assist in developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions for executives, departments, and grant reporting.
  • Support predictive analytics projects under supervision for operational forecasting.
  • Help develop metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and tracking systems to measure outcomes.
  • Research data visualization tools/reporting methods with senior team guidance.

  IT Service Management (ITSM)

  • Support administration of the ITSM platform (e.g., Ivanti, ServiceNow).
  • Analyze service data to identify trends and efficiency opportunities under IT leadership.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve incident, change, and asset management workflows.
  • Develop reports to track IT performance including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  IT Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain data dashboards, analytics tools, and integrations with oversight.
  • Ensure systems align with HIPAA and security policies through documented procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating vendor management for analytics/ITSM platforms.

  Research & Program Evaluation

  • Partner with clinical teams to compile data for program evaluation and outcomes reporting.
  • Analyze patient/treatment data to support evidence-based practices.
  • Contribute data to grant applications, audits, and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in quality improvement projects through data collection.

  Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between IT and clinical departments for data needs.
  • Participate in data governance tasks (quality checks, documentation).
  • Present findings to stakeholders with leadership support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of databases/reporting concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.

Compensation

• It will vary, depending on experience and credentials.
• An additional stipend is available for Spanish/English bilingual employees.
