Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer
Department: Production
Reports to: Sr. Manager of Production
FLSA Status: Part-time; non-exempt
JOB SUMMARY The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for building motion graphic elements for gameday, website, social, digital, broadcast and other in-house productions as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Producing and editing motion graphics including in-game animations for home games and other digital, social and broadcast video features as assigned
- Maintaining a consistent creative style of all team graphics through consulting with the Creative Director on implementation of the Seahawks brand across platforms
- Work alongside the Sr. Manager of Production to determine workload and help guide contractors on a per-project basis
- Ability to edit videos as assigned
- Design in various formats including, not limited to: C4D (or equivalent 3D software) and After Effects
- Prepare and maintain motion graphics for social and digital productions by assignment basis
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative
- Availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends and be on-call as necessary

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - A minimum of two (2) years experience as a motion graphics designer is required
- Blender experience is a plus
- Experience working in game entertainment video environment and live control room is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in motion graphic design or related field is preferred
- Advanced in C4D, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere
- Sports experience is a plus
- Must be able to effectively brainstorm and collaborate creative ideas with team
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and team synergy skills required
LANGUAGE SKILLS - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
