We are excited to extend an invitation to an enthusiastic and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to play a pivotal role in the growth and management of our Quincy, IL office. The selected candidate (LPN) will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area. LPN Administrative Tasks: * Managing administrative tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency. * Employ caregiver and client compliance best practices. * Provide supervisory care plans to clients and caregivers. * Train Caregivers on a needs basis. * Communicate effectively with staff.
