Job Description
**Overview**
Kimley-Horn is seeking a Landscape Architect with 4+ years of experience to join the Tucson, Arizona (AZ) office! This is not a remote position.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support our national Landscape Architecture and Land Planning practices by providing site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical expertise
+ Work in a dynamic team environment on a range of projects including higher education, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality and resort, community planning, and streetscape design throughout the region for a wide variety of great clients
+ Project experiences will be diverse as we provide services to both the public and private sectors.
+ Site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical expertise on public and private sector project
+ Project Management/Task management on a variety of public and private sector projects
+ Write proposals and scope of service
+ Preparation of Drawing sets, Details and Specifications, 3D modeling and Rendering
**Qualifications**
+ 4+ years of relevant work experience
+ Bachelors or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture
+ Registered Professional/Certified Landscape Architect (PLA/CLA) license or ability to obtain in 1 year
+ Project management experience or desire to manage projects
+ Strong AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Lumion, and Microsoft (Word and Excel) skills
+ Working knowledge of graphic software programs (Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, and PowerPoint)
+ Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Positive attitude, team oriented, and a strong work ethic
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
+ Self-motivated; sense of urgency to produce high quality work
+ Strong presentation skills and a desire to pursue work, manage clients and a team
+ Involvement in professional organizations desired
