Hospitality Trainer Description:
Works together with the team, overseeing their growth and work, in order to accomplish the Franchise Owner/Operator’s vision for the restaurant. A Trainer will serve in Kitchen and/or Hospitality operations, driving sales, profit, and morale while maintaining quality of taste, speed, cleanliness, and an attentive and courteous team. They will have a special focus on team member development and training.
*To meet high/day/4-day availability requirements, the team member must be able to work 36+ hours per week.*
