Day to Day Responsibilities

• Process and secure vehicle financing and insurance transactions for dealership customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to obtain favorable financing options
• Present and explain financing options, warranties, insurance, and other value-added products to customers
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Drive profitability through effective product presentation and negotiation strategies
• Train and mentor sales staff on financing procedures and product knowledge
• Use CRM and DMS tools to track performance and manage customer interactions
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and profitability
• Continuously improve knowledge of financial products and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• A relationship oriented individual with the heart of a servant
• Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar dealership role
• Knowledge of financial products, lending practices, and compliance regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with CRM and dealership management software
• Ability to meet goals while maintaining a great customer experience
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
• Ability to collaborate with team members and maintain a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
