Adecco is assisting a top client in hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for the Gulf Coast region . This is a remote, temp-to-hire opportunity requiring 80% travel across the territory.
Candidates must have experience supporting reimbursement and patient access services for therapies related to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) . Ideal candidates will have a background in healthcare reimbursement, field sales, specialty pharmacy, or biologics coordination.
Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:
Assisting clinics with benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals
Providing on-site and virtual education on payer coverage and support services
Collaborating with internal hub teams, case managers, and manufacturer reps
Documenting activities in CRM and preparing performance reports
Supporting territory needs and managing case escalations
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience
Familiarity with Medicare and commercial insurance plans
Background in biologics coordination, sales, or nursing (preferred)
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
Must reside in the Gulf Coast territory
