This role will involve assessing patient nutritional needs, developing tailored care plans, and providing expert dietary guidance to enhance patient health outcomes. The position is based in various locations across the United States, offering flexible scheduling options. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine dietary needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide guidance on tube feeding and nutritional interventions for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and support.
• Offer health coaching and education on weight loss and nutrition management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related field; registered dietitian certification preferred.
• Experience in dietary departments or clinical settings is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation.
• Knowledge of tube feeding protocols and geriatric nutrition is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
