Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for analyzing data and driving efficiency? We're looking for a Cost Accountant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting—helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

### What You'll Do:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Review production work orders to identify variances and trends.
- Conduct quarterly obsolete inventory analysis and updates.
- Assist in developing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Perform standard cost updates annually and as needed.
- Investigate significant physical inventory variances and recommend solutions.

### What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an analytical financial role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with SAP and related reporting tools is a plus.
- Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.
