What You'll Be Doing

• Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with various tasks
• Clean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades
• Perform site prep work like digging, demolition, and backfilling
• Help coordinate deliveries and track materials used on-site
• Follow all job site safety rules, procedures, and training requirements
• Be ready to step in and support wherever needed -no two days are the same

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in construction, landscaping, or other physical labor roles preferred
• A strong work ethic , positive attitude, and willingness to show up and contribute daily
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• A desire to learn, take direction, and grow within the company
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Tri-Counties region
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
