Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for coordinating internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging, and supporting various departments in achieving their communication goals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute company-wide communication strategies and initiatives
Draft, edit, and proofread internal memos, press releases, newsletters, and client communications
Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all platforms and materials
Support senior leadership with presentation materials and communication planning
Monitor and track communication project timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations teams to support cross-functional projects
Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholder communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
