PURPOSE

Collects, sorts, and distributes mail. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 30% Ships and receives office supplies and materials. 25% Weighs and prepares shipments. 25% Operates postage meter. 20% Picks-up packages inside and outside the office. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education Level High School Diploma or GED Experience 1 year clerical experience or mail handling Preferred Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Strong customer service orientation, Proficient Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems., Proficient Basic computer skills., Proficient Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., Proficient Ageatia Global Solutions
