We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in McMurray, PA. We have a brand new 3,000 sq ft state of the art facility with digital x-ray and the latest in chiropractic tools and due to our fantastic reputation for providing high quality care, we continue to grow! Our family chiropractic office has proudly served our community through chiropractic care for over 16 years and our patient base continues to expand. Our dynamic, award-winning team consists of chiropractors, chiropractic assistants, and a dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve! We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment. We utilize automated digital marketing and have marketing plans for making connections in the community, and work in a cash-based system. We are a Family practice from pregnant moms and babies, kids and retirees to weekend warriors and athletes- there's a niche for what your passionate about on our team. We offer spinal and knee decompression, weight loss, and neuropathy as well as several other services.
Duties:
-Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
-Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
-Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
-Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
-Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
-Treatment- Chiropractic Care- Diversified; CBP; Drop; Pettibon- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
-Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care, exercises, and rehab
-Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
-Work cooperatively with the team, chiropractic assistants, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
-Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
-Marketing- internal and external
-Train weekly with team on all our processes
Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
-Active Chiropractic license in PA
-Several years' experience as an Associate DC preferred
-Willing to learn and be trainable
Schedule:
-Full time
-1 Saturday am per month.
Salary (range):
-$70k-$100k
