Coordinates all operations and maintenance of cemetery grounds, ensuring the respectful and efficient management of burial services. Coordinates staff, maintains records, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with regulations while providing excellent customer service to families.
**JOB** **RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Works closely with Location Management and Grounds Superintendents to include:
+ Interment scheduling
+ Overall maintenance
+ Location land care
+ Remediation and turf management optimization
+ Manage cemetery equipment fixed asset repair and maintenance schedule
+ Training associates on all processes including safety, compliance, etc.
+ Special projects
+ Works closely with Cemetery Admin on month-end close processes
+ Works closely with outside landscape company and other vendors to ensure land care is up to standard
+ Assists Houston MSC with on-site management of cemetery development projects
+ Assists in developing and monitoring action plans, if cemetery is underperforming
+ Works on Special Projects such as remediation, cost of merchandise reduction, marker storage, etc.
+ Works with local affiliations and customers regarding complaints or suggestions
+ Conducts Interment Verification Training in accordance with Company Standards
+ Assists in any cemetery-related pilot or company initiative
**EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
+ 5 years cemetery or land-care management experience

**Education:**
+ Minimum Bachelor's Degree - Business

Compensation:
Salary: $68,640- $89,232.00
An individual's pay within the scale is based on several factors that may include one or more of the following: background, skills, relevant experience, performance, education and work location.
