Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Property Manager for our client a private equity real estate owner, operator and developer in Orange County, CA. This Assistant Property Manager will support Property Management for high profile commercial retail centers in southern California. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Act as first point of contact for any tenant and vendor requests - Assist in obtaining bids and awarding contracts - Assist with budget preparation, budget data collection, etc. - Coordinate and schedule vendor access, site visits, property walks - Ensure insurance is filed/compliant - Collect and follow up on outstanding account balances - Upload, process, and code invoices - Mail (scanning and distributing) - Back bill charges onto tenant statements - Send monthly statements - Request and record monthly sales - Draft letters, memos, meeting agendas - Schedule access to vacancies with team members or outside parties - Maintain project, vendor, tenant files - Upkeep contact information for vendors and tenants - Manage office supplies and office orders - Assist in move-ins, move outs, evictions, terminations, -unlawful detainers, bankruptcy cases - Attend property walks and meetings - Assist in addressing property concerns, questions, or comments - Update and distribute monthly reports We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
