Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Custodial Manager to join our team supporting custodial operations at Fort Lee, VA. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and mission-ready facilities that support Army personnel and operations. Benefits Include:

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily custodial operations across multiple facilities
• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff schedules and assignments
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with Army standards and regulations
• Train, coach, and evaluate custodial staff performance
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and Army security requirements
• Assist with administrative duties, including reports, timekeeping, and incident documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (additional education or certifications a plus)
• Minimum 3 years custodial experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience working in large facilities or secure environments is preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Pass a background check required by the Army installation
• Physically capable of performing custodial tasks and standing or walking for long periods
